For those not in the know, Endless Ink Publishing has been steadily building their catalogue of Earth's Final Chapter stories for some time now. It's a collaborative project, a shared universe set far in the future of Earth. All authors on the project build on the mythos and further the shared narrative, sometimes taking over characters from other author's stories, sometimes exploring a new plot. It's a vast stewpot of robots, aliens, mutants and marauders, where you might happen across tech so advanced it seems magical or ruined cities hiding the mysteries of the past.
One of the coolest parts of working with Endless Ink is that they commission artists to provide illustration of the stories they publish. For the first time ever, someone has brought characters that I made to life. It is surreal in the best way and I couldn't be more flattered, pleased and impressed by Daud Al Khalis, the artist for "Ever-Life". It's been so much fun to be involved and, in a double-whammy of news, I'm happy to announce that Endless Ink liked "Ever-Live" so much that they've asked me for more! They had some great ideas that I'm really excited about so keep your eyes peeled for future work from me!
